Jay-Z and Eminem were both big winners at the Grammy Awards ceremony yesterday. While they missed out on the evening's biggest awards, both rappers took home multiple trophies.
Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' collaboration "Empire State of Mind" won for Best Rap Song and for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. Hov also grabbed a trophy along with Swizz Beatz for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for their "On To The Next One."
Eminem's "Not Afraid" scored the nod for Best Rap Solo Performance. His Recovery LP won for Best Rap Album.
Both Jay-Z and Eminem lost out for Record Of The Year to Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now." Eminem's Recovery was beat for Album Of The Year by Arcade Fire's The Suburbs
