50 Cent Shelves Black Magic

50 Cent has confirmed that his most recent album, Black Magic, has been shelved.
According to hiphopdx.com, the new album was supposed to include songs that had rock and dance influences. It was to be a follow-up to 2009's Before I Self Destruct.
"I moved 'Black Magic,' because it's a total artist's album. It was something that I just wanted to do, so I went in and recreationally made a full-bodied piece of work," said the Queens rapper to Red Bulletin magazine.

Fiddy has come out with songs that have hinted he would like to move in a different direction musically one day. Such tracks include "Ayo Technology," which he released with Justin Timberlake.
Despite pushing aside these album ideas, he says fans may get to hear some of what he's been working on in the future.
